Responsibilities
- Welcome patients into the treatment area and make them feel comfortable
- Discuss the dental care plan with patients and answer any questions they have
- Take vital signs and accurately record medical history
- Set up, break down, and sterilize operatories and instruments
- Assist the dentist during procedures and exams
- Make impressions (scan or traditional), make temporary crowns, provide pre- and post-operative instructions, take radiographs
- Schedule appointments, explain treatment plans
- Track lab cases and manage inventory
- Support clinical and administrative team members
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and office policies
Qualifications
- Associate’s Degree from a school certified by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- Minimum of 1-2 years chairside experience
- Strong computer and data entry skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Organized
- Ability to provide high-quality patient care
Compensation: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
